Process
Our process is designed to provide clarity and confidence at every step. By guiding you through a transparent six-stage journey, we ensure that your creative vision is respected, your questions are answered, and your final mix exceeds expectations — without confusion or compromise.

Enquiry
You begin by submitting an enquiry via the Contact form on our website. In this form, you are encouraged to provide detailed information about your project, such as its type (e.g. Single, EP, Album), purpose or goal, genre, number of tracks, and any specific requirements.

File Submission
We review your enquiry and respond with a link to a secure online file storage location where you can upload your project files. You upload the files, which should include well-prepared, edited, and exported audio tracks alongside any session notes, rough mixes and reference materials.

Estimate
We review the project files and the associated materials, and provide you with an estimate outlining the project scope, cost, delivery timelines, and terms of service. You return a signed estimate by the specified due date, indicating your acceptance of our proposal.

Invoice & Payment
Upon receiving the signed estimate, we issue an invoice confirming the project details and requesting payment. You make the payment by the specified due date using one of our accepted payment methods. We require full payment prior to commencing the mixing process.

Mixing & Revisions
We mix your tracks and send you a sample mix for review. Depending on your chosen mixing package, you have an opportunity to request one or more revisions, and we make the necessary adjustments based on your feedback. Extra revisions are also available at an additional fee.

Approval & Delivery
Once you are satisfied with the mix and have provided your approval, we deliver the final mix to you in the agreed-upon format (typically a high-quality WAV file), ready for distribution, release, or mastering. This marks the end of the project, and your files are archived after 30 days.
